Chef Central assessed me thoroughly and competently, when it fitted in with my employer and me. The Assessor found out which areas needed improvements and put me on a program whereby I could receive the necessary knowledge in my own time. Since I was in a hurry I got it all done in a week.

The service and help offered throughout the RPL process was exceptional and top quality. Their professionalism and understanding of the industry was outstanding and made the process so much easier.
